Sewell’s Orchard has installed 5 rain gardens and several conservation landscape areas to manage stormwater to prevent runoff and erosion, reducing water pollution. Walk through our common areas and see the hidden beauty of these gardens.

Pet waste stations
With easy access to walking paths and convenient pet waste stations, our community is pet-friendly. In 2020 two pet waste stations were installed and are maintained by our landscape maintenance contractors.

Nestled inside Sewell’s Orchard grounds is Sewell’s Orchard Park, Howard County park with paved walkways and ponds, this handicap-accessible park it is a great place to observe a myriad of local wildlife, bike or walk.
